Jeffrey S. Mandel, Esq., is an attorney at PinilisHalpern LLP whose practice includes civil litigation, criminal defense, and a concentration on appeals. Mr. Mandel previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald G. Collester, Jr., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and as an intern for appellate judges Charles E. Villanueva and William A. Dreier.
Mr. Mandel, a former recipient of the Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, appears as a guest legal commentator for Court TV, Fox News Channel, Sirius Satellite Radio, CNN, and Cablevision. He has taught Appellate Advocacy at Seton Hall Law School and he currently teaches Appellate Advocacy at Rutgers Law School-Newark. He is a member of the State Bar Appellate Practice Committee and DRI Appellate Practice Committee. In 2007, Governor Jon S. Corzine nominated Mr. Mandel for the Law Revision Commission.
